Tenneco is seeking a Plant Quality Manager at the Frankfort, Indiana facility. The role reports to the Plant Manager and oversees one Quality Engineer and four Quality Technicians, driving a safe workplace and continuous quality improvements.
Responsibilities include managing the QA program, ensuring product integrity from sample submission through mass production, and leading audits for customer and regulatory requirements. Strong leadership and ISO/IATF experience are essential.

We are looking for a Plant Quality Manager at our Frankfort, Indiana facility. The Quality Manager will report directly to the Plant Manager and will directly supervise 1 Quality Engineer and 4 Quality Technicians. The Quality Manager ensures a safe work environment, drives quality improvements, develops a qualified workforce, reduces operating costs, inventories, and lead times through continuous improvements.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in related field or 3 - 5 years' experience in quality related field with experience in automotive manufacturing and IATF 16949 standards.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Exceptional working knowledge of Quality Assurance Systems development and management is mandatory.
