Job summary

Silgan Containers is hiring a Quality Manager at our Fort Dodge, IA plant. This leadership role oversees quality assurance policies, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and maintains strong customer relationships to ensure product excellence.

You will direct plant quality activities, oversee SPC training and record control, manage quality records and equipment, and collaborate cross-functionally with operations, maintenance, and engineering to uphold Silgan's standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years of quality control experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Statistical Process Control and continuous improvement.
• Proficient with Windows, ERP systems, spreadsheets, and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
