Job summary

Silgan Containers in Fort Dodge, IA is hiring a Quality Manager to lead the plant's quality assurance policies and procedures, maintain customer relationships, and direct the plant's continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED and at least five years of experience in quality control in a manufacturing environment, with strong knowledge of Statistical Process Control, Continuous Improvement, and quality systems management.

• Strong knowledge of Statistical Process Control, Continuous Improvement, and quality systems management.
• Proficiency with Windows, ERP systems, spreadsheets, and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with operations, maintenance, engineering, and customers.
