Overview

We are seeking a data-driven Quality Manager to lead and advance our quality function within a precision CNC manufacturing environment. This position will oversee quality engineers, inspectors, and CMM operations to ensure products meet strict customer and regulatory requirements. The role offers a clear path to grow into a senior leadership position within the company.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the quality engineering and inspection teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee all CMM operations, including programming, inspection strategies, and performance tracking.
  • Utilize data-driven methodologies to monitor process capability, identify trends, and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage quality systems to ensure compliance with customer, industry, and internal standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using metrics, root cause analysis, and lean problem-solving tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in engineering, operations, and supply chain to resolve quality issues and improve first-pass yield.
  • Maintain and enhance documentation, audits, and reporting to support ISO and customer requirements.
  • Prepare and present quality performance data to leadership, with recommendations for process enhancements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of quality management experience in a precision manufacturing environment.
  • Strong background in CMM operation, inspection techniques, and data analysis.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and build a results-oriented culture.
