Base pay range
$90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
- Oversee and enhance quality assurance processes within the industrial and manufacturing industry.
- Ensure compliance with standards, drive improvements, and collaborate with teams to deliver exceptional results.
- Develop, implement, and manage quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Conduct internal audits and prepare for external quality audits as needed.
- Train and guide staff on quality standards and best practices.
- Ensure that all products meet customer and regulatory requirements before shipment.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Maintain detailed documentation and reports on quality processes and outcomes.
Profile
A successful Quality Manager should have:
- A strong understanding of quality assurance principles within the industrial and manufacturing industry.
- Strong Electrical and Mechanical Inspection experience
- Strong AS9100 and FAI experience
- Good communications skills and customer facing experience
- Proven ability to analyze data and implement effective quality improvement strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities to work with diverse teams.
