Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and enhance quality assurance processes within the industrial and manufacturing industry.
  • Ensure compliance with standards, drive improvements, and collaborate with teams to deliver exceptional results.
  • Develop, implement, and manage quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct internal audits and prepare for external quality audits as needed.
  • Train and guide staff on quality standards and best practices.
  • Ensure that all products meet customer and regulatory requirements before shipment.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and reports on quality processes and outcomes.
Profile

A successful Quality Manager should have:

  • A strong understanding of quality assurance principles within the industrial and manufacturing industry.
  • Strong Electrical and Mechanical Inspection experience
  • Strong AS9100 and FAI experience
  • Good communications skills and customer facing experience
  • Proven ability to analyze data and implement effective quality improvement strategies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities to work with diverse teams.
