  • Lead incoming nonconformance management, including documentation, investigation, disposition coordination, and MRB activities.
  • Support supplier corrective actions, including SCARs, root cause analysis, corrective action development, and verification of effectiveness.
  • Help prepare for and support internal, customer, and regulatory audits related to incoming inspection and supplier quality.
  • Monitor and report incoming quality performance, including supplier defects, inspection cycle time, quality trends, and supplier performance metrics.
  • Identify opportunities to improve inspection efficiency, reduce the cost of poor quality, and improve supplier performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout incoming inspection operations.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable safety, security, quality, and export control requirements.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing, or a related technical discipline.
  • 5+ years of quality experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • 3+ years of people management or supervisory experience within quality, inspection, or a related function.
  • Strong working knowledge of AS9100 and quality management systems.
  • Strong understanding of incoming inspection methodologies and quality control processes.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, specifications, and contractual requirements.
  • Experience with root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams while managing multiple priorities in a production-driven environment.
  • Strong communication, documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Experience
  • Aerospace or defense manufacturing experience.
  • Experience with CMMs, laser trackers, and advanced metrology systems.
  • Supplier quality management or supplier audit experience.
  • Experience working with SCARs, MRB, nonconformances, and supplier corrective actions.
  • Six Sigma, CQE, or other quality-related certifications.
