ZSG in Columbus, Ohio, is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead its Quality Department in a high-volume, complex manufacturing environment.

You will oversee 30–40 salaried and hourly associates across New Model Quality, Process Quality, and Supplier Quality, manage budgets, and report to the Manufacturing Manager and senior leadership.

• Established quality management experience in high-volume manufacturing.

An automotive supplier is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead its Quality Department in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment producing complex products.

This position oversees approximately 30–40 salaried and hourly associates across New Model Quality, Process Quality, and Supplier Quality. Reporting directly to the Manufacturing Manager, the Quality Manager will have broad departmental responsibility and regular visibility with senior leadership, including the company president.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and manage the Quality Department, including personnel and departmental budgets.
• Oversee New Model Quality, Process Quality, and Supplier Quality.
• Manage internal, customer, and supplier quality concerns.
• Investigate quality failures, identify root causes, and implement sustainable corrective actions and countermeasures.
• Lead supplier development and corrective and preventive action initiatives.
• Strengthen quality systems and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.
• Present quality issues, root causes, action plans, and results to management.
• Communicate effectively with production associates, suppliers, customers, and senior leadership.

Required Qualifications

• Established quality management experience in high-volume manufacturing involving complex products.
• Proven experience leading quality personnel and managing departmental operations.
• Strong root-cause analysis, problem-solving, and corrective action skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with shop-floor associates, managers, and senior executives.
• Experience presenting quality failures, findings, and corrective actions to leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Automotive manufacturing experience.
• Experience working within a Honda supplier environment.
• Broad experience across supplier, process, customer, and new-model quality.
