Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a manufacturing-related field or ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (or equivalent).
• 5+ years of Quality Engineering experience within Tier 1 automotive manufacturing.
• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in quality roles.
• Strong proficiency with AIAG Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, etc.).
• Qualified for color and appearance testing, with experience with color testing equipment (e.g., Macbeth).

Salary Range: $120,000–$130,000 plus bonus potential
