Job summary

BENTELER Group in the United States seeks a QA/QC professional to manage and improve Quality Management Systems, support audits, and collaborate with suppliers to resolve issues. Based in Shreveport, LA, you will apply API/ISO/ASTM standards and drive process improvements across manufacturing.

You will work with cross-functional teams, lead CAPA, support FMEA, control plans, and ensure data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Management System area.
• Knowledge of tubular and/or steel manufacturing.
• Knowledge of API/ASTM/TS/ISO standards and specifications.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems.
• Must be able to manage all aspects of process control development.
• Previous experience with SAP is preferred.
• Detail oriented with proven analytical, problem identification and resolution skills.
• Excellent command of English with good editing and proofreading skills.

• Determine system improvements; implementing changes.
• Support QA/QC/Operations and other functional teams in developing and releasing procedures.
• Work with suppliers in resolving quality issues during implementation of Quality Tools

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
• At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing or related field preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Quality Management System area,
• Knowledge of tubular and/ or steel manufacturing.
• Knowledge of API / ASTM/ TS/ ISO standards and specifications.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems
• Must be able to manage all aspects of process control development
• Previous experience working with the SAP is preferred.
• Detail oriented with proven analytical, problem identification and resolution skills;
• Excellent command over English with good editing and proof reading skills
• Ability to organize, present, and explain complex data in a clear manner;
