Overview

Quality Management System Specialist:

The QMS Specialist is responsible for assuring the alignment between Global Quality Management operational standards, and the Regional Level 2 QMS standards. Working with the Stellantis Production Way (SPW) organization, the QMS Specialist conducts process audits to ensure all vehicle assembly plants conform with the regional and corporate Quality standards. The QMS Specialist must read across findings to all other assembly plants to ensure compliance across all plants. He/She is also responsible for ensuring that all the internal auditors of the plant are calibrated to the same standards. The QMS Specialist is also responsible for continuous updating of the Audit Checklist and Standards.

Deliverables / Responsibilities

Deliverables:

  • Alignment between standard method and Plant quality audit execution
  • Identify training gaps of the auditors
  • Organization of specific training session on the job
  • Audit Issues action plans monitoring & read across
  • Process Audit check list update
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering
  • 5+ years experience in engineering or quality and/or a manufacturing environment
  • Capacity to work in team
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build solid partnerships both internally and externally
  • Knowledge of Plant Production Methods / Processes (BIW, Paint, G. Assembly, Plastics - with knowledge of corrosion risk and torque strategy)
  • Knowledge of QMS Operational Standards, & SPW Fundamentals
  • Knowledge of Problem Solving and Project Management
  • Knowledge and ability to read the main Quality Key Indicators
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's in Engineering
  • Experience in Manufacturing or Quality environment
  • Experience in Audit activities
