Job summary

Wipro is seeking a qualified professional to support Quality Management Systems, ISO9001, and MRB processes. You will handle supplier PCNs, validate changes in QIS-ETQ, and identify affected parts using Windchill PDP, then analyze impact with Tableau.

You will coordinate with PICs to close PCN/CRs, track MRB actions, and assist audits while helping improve PCN tools and dashboards for efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Monitor supplier PCN emails and Accuris notifications.
• Validate supplier PCNs in QIS-ETQ; create tickets as needed.
• Identify affected parts using Windchill PDP; compare with PCNs.
• Determine NVPNs and analyze impact with Tableau.
• Assign and route PCNs to PICs; reassign as necessary.
• Ensure documentation and required fields are complete.
• Follow up with PICs to close PCN/CR and reduce open items.
• Track MRB action items and drive MRB closures.
• Support internal/external audits; track CARs to closure.
• Collaborate to develop and test PCN search tools and dashboards.

Summary

• Experience in Quality Management Systems, ISO9001, Change Management and Material Review Boards
• Hands-on experience in Supplier Product Change Notification (PCN) Management
• Able to manage and deliver projects independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Detailed Job Responsibilities

• Monitor supplier PCN emails and Accuris (part database) notifications
• Validate supplier PCNs in QIS - ETQ; create tickets as needed
• Identify affected parts using Windchill PDP and compare against supplier PCNs
• Determine NVPNs and analyze impact using Tableau (Data Center and Where-Use)
• Assign and route PCNs to the appropriate PIC, reassigning as necessary
• Ensure documentation and required fields are complete
• Follow up with PICs to drive PCN/CR closure and reduce open items

Support QMS Process and Action Item Closure

• Track Action items for Material Review Board Process.
• Follow up with PICs to drive MRB closure and reduce open items
• Support Internal and External Audits
• Track Audit CARs to proper mitigation, documentation and closure

Improvement Plan and AI Tool Planning

• Collaborate with IT to develop and enhance PCN search tools.
• Test and evaluate new AI-driven tools for PCN management.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to improve tool functionality and user experience.
• Follow up on dashboard development, enhancements, and implementation progress.
• Support initiatives that increase efficiency, accuracy, and accessibility within QMS process.

Mandatory Skills: VLSI Board Design .

Experience: 3-5 Years

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $45,000 to $121,000 .

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
