Job summary

Quaker Houghton is seeking a Quality Systems professional to support the Quality Management System (QMS) and related policies. The role coordinates ISO 9001 and other QMS activities across locations and assists with audits and training.

You will develop and maintain SOPs, Quality Manuals and work instructions, manage the document control program, and drive corrective actions through the CAPA system with internal and supplier involvement.

Qualifications

• Support the Quality Management System (QMS) and policies.
• Coordinate ISO 9001 and QMS at locations.
• Assist in developing SOPs, Quality Manuals and Work Instructions.
• Manage the document control program.
• Conduct QA orientation and training programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal and external audits; write audit reports.
• Administer CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) process.
• Generate quality system reports and metrics.
• Collaborate across departments to build Quality Culture.
• Support Change Management reviews.
• Assist in risk assessments and user requirement specifications.
• Provide input for customer presentations and proposals.
