Job summary

Monday–Friday responsibilities include assembling, packing, and preparing orders while maintaining a clean, safe work environment. The position is on-site with standard 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM shifts and involves working with production

Responsibilities

• Perform routine line audits during production shifts to verify compliance with quality standards and procedures.
• Inspect products at various stages of production for defects using MICROMETERS.
• Verify that personnel follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality requirements.
• Complete audit documentation, inspection reports, and quality records accurately and timely.
• Monitor process parameters to ensure product specifications are met.
• Identify, document, and report quality issues to production and management.
• Assist with investigations of product defects and customer complaints.
• Support corrective and preventive actions to reduce quality issues.
• Conduct first-piece, in-process, and final product inspections as required.
• Maintain calibration and proper use of measuring equipment.
• Communicate audit findings with production personnel and supervisors.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities focused on quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine line audits during production shifts to verify compliance with quality standards and operating procedures.
• Inspect products at various stages of production for defects, inconsistencies, or non-conformances using MICROMETERS.
• Verify that production personnel follow established work instructions, safety procedures, and quality requirements.
• Complete audit documentation, inspection reports, and quality records accurately and timely.
• Monitor critical control points and process parameters to ensure product specifications are met.
• Identify, document, and report quality issues to production and management teams.
• Assist with investigations of product defects, customer complaints, and process deviations.
• Support corrective and preventive action activities to reduce quality-related issues.
• Conduct first-piece, in-process, and final product inspections as required.
• Maintain calibration and proper use of measuring and testing equipment.
• Communicate audit findings clearly and professionally with production personnel and supervisors.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities focused on quality, efficiency, and waste reduction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, GMPs, ISO standards, and other applicable regulations.
• Assemble products using hand tools and basic equipment
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Package items according to company standards
• Label, box, and prepare orders for shipping
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety guidelines and production procedures

Qualifications

• Previous assembly, packing, or warehouse experience preferred (but not required)
• MUST be able to read Micrometers
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40-50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable attendance and good work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule

• Monday-Friday 6AM-4:30PM
