Job Description

As a Quality Line Auditor, you will audit production lines to ensure conformance to Batch Record requirements, product specifications, and cGMP standards. This role requires attention to detail and accurate recording of audit results, as well as initiating corrective adjustments to manufacturing processes and supporting quality event investigations. As a Quality Line Auditor, you will audit production lines to ensure conformance to Batch Record requirements, product specifications, and cGMP standards. This role requires attention to detail and accurate recording of audit results, as well as initiating corrective adjustments to manufacturing processes and supporting quality event investigations. Lots of room for growth!

Responsibilities

  • Conduct audits on production lines, ensuring compliance with Batch Record requirements, product specifications, and cGMP standards.
  • Record audit results accurately in Batch Records.
  • Initiate and document corrective adjustments to manufacturing processes and verify successful adjustments through rechecks.
  • Escalate issues according to established procedures to ensure correction and containment.
  • Report non-conformances immediately to the Quality Unit.
  • Support investigations of quality events to resolve issues.
  • Comply with Standard Work, cGMP, SOPs, and Work Instructions at all times.
  • Implement and maintain standards and processes to eliminate waste within the department.
  • Apply and utilize lean tools to implement improvements permanently.
  • Institutionalize 5-S in all aspects of the department (Sort, Straighten, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain).

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Experience or exposure to working within Quality.
  • GMP experience from food, cosmetics, chemical manufacturing, pharma, or medical device industries.
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in chemistry, biology, or related science discipline is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
