Job summary

Woodbridge is seeking a Quality Manager to coordinate internal and external activities ensuring customers' expectations are met. The role requires leadership of the Quality Department and adherence to TS16949 standards. You will drive lean initiatives, supervise a team, and ensure documentation and records are up to date.

The position calls for a Bachelor’s degree and experience in quality systems, with flexibility for travel and overtime as needed to support manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from four-year college or university.
• Experience in quality assurance and customer complaint handling.
• Knowledge of TS16949 quality system documentation.
• Willingness to work daily and weekend overtime and travel.

Responsibilities

• Formulates and maintains quality assurance objectives.
• Coordinates TS16949 quality system documentation and follow-up.
• Investigates and addresses customer quality complaints and CARs.
• Reviews test and inspection reports; directs corrective action.
• Maintains records on quality issues with specs and manuals.
• Drives lean principles to reduce waste; implements 5S/Kaizen.
• Manages Quality Department including Quality Engineer and Supervisor.
• Ensures cross-shift/department communication.
• Trains, disqualifies, qualifies and audits teammates.
