Job summary

Woodbridge Chattanooga Formed Plastics L.P. is seeking a production supervisor to ensure the schedule is met efficiently and to maximize plant productivity. You will lead a shift of hourly staff, coach employees, and drive continuous improvement using lean tools.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising manufacturing teams in a plant setting.
• Strong coaching and training abilities for hourly staff.
• Familiar with quality systems and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize production schedule to maximize plant efficiency and meet customer needs.
• Direct shift supervision, coaching, and scheduling of hourly employees.
• Lead lean initiatives (Kaizen, 5S) and Woodbridge Production System tools.
• Ensure safety, training, and paperwork accuracy; maintain inventory integrity.
