Job summary

Weckworth Manufacturing, Inc. seeks an experienced Quality Manager to lead the Quality Department as it transitions from the retiring director.

You will oversee QA and QC across garments, textiles, sewn components, and related goods to ensure customer specifications, regulatory standards, and company requirements. This role requires strong leadership and deep knowledge of quality management systems, focusing on continuous improvement, defect reduction, and first-pass yield.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a quality department in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and AS9100 REV D.
• Ability to implement root-cause analysis and CAPA programs.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QA strategy aligned with company goals.
• Oversee in-process, final inspections; drive compliance.
• Lead root-cause analysis and CAPA programs to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain to improve yield.
