Qualifications

• 5+ years of quality management experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in plastics or rotational molding strongly preferred.
• Proven track record with quality systems and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the facility’s Quality Management System (QMS).
• Develop and enforce quality policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Oversee inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Analyze quality data and implement CAPA.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to improve quality.
• Manage customer complaints and corrective action responses.
• Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits by customers or regulators.
• Ensure calibration and maintenance of inspection/testing equipment.
• Train and mentor staff on quality standards and best practices.
• Monitor supplier quality and resolve material issues.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma.
