Job summary

KLA Industries, Inc. seeks a Quality Manager to lead New Model, Process, and Supplier Quality within a manufacturing setting.

You will drive quality performance, develop associates, and strengthen supplier relationships to ensure customer satisfaction through robust systems and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include leading quality teams, managing supplier quality actions, and overseeing audits and NPI activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of quality leadership in manufacturing.
• Experience managing supplier and process quality and NPI.
• Knowledge of quality systems, RCA, CAPA, and CI.
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork.
• Able to work in fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage New Model Quality, Process Quality, and Supplier Quality teams.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier partnerships to improve quality performance.
• Oversee supplier corrective and preventive action activities.
• Ensure timely resolution of quality concerns.
• Analyze supplier and internal quality issues, implementing corrective actions.
• Develop, manage, and monitor departmental budgets and business plans.
• Coach, mentor, and develop associates.
• Monitor supplier quality performance and drive continuous improvement efforts.
• Support internal and external customer satisfaction.
• Manage and monitor internal quality audits, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Oversee quality activities related to new product launches and new model introduction.
• Lead resolution of supplier quality issues.
• Champion and sustain 5S and workplace organization initiatives.
• Oversee manufacturing process and quality requirements for new model implementation.
• Establish departmental goals, objectives, and KPIs.
• Support cross-functional teams.
