Job summary

Prince Industries LLC is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the Quality Team and ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100 standards. This hands-on manager will drive corrective actions, internal audits, and continuous improvement across production and support functions.

Responsibilities include reporting on quality performance, interfacing with customers and auditors, and guiding supplier quality. 5–10 years in quality roles within precision metal machining are preferred; U.S.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid knowledge of GD&T.
• Gauge calibration experience.
• CMM programming/operating experience.
• Working knowledge of machine shop metrology.
• Reading drawings/blueprints efficiently.
• Experience in all required quality engineering phases.
• Leadership in PPAP, APQP and FMEA.
• Epicor knowledge.
• Six Sigma green/black belt a plus.
• ASQ certification a plus (SQE, SQA, etc).
• AS9100, NADCAP knowledge and understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead the quality team and ensure ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100 compliance.
• Manage quality policies, procedures, processes, programs and practices.
• Coordinate supplier quality performance and corrective actions.
• Interface with customers' auditors and support audits.
• Provide regular quality performance reports and drive continuous improvement.
• Promote quality across all departments and ensure product conformance.
• Maintain document control and calibration processes.
• Lead PPAP/APQP/FMEA activities and manage quality inspections.
