Position Summary

As a Quality Lead Technician, you will be responsible for supporting the factory floor and addressing quality issues. You will serve as the main point of contact for all quality-related matters, collaborating with production teams to ensure standards are met and implementing corrective actions. Your role is vital in driving initiatives that improve product quality and operational efficiency.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Support the production floor by creating and implementing quality standards.
2. Support HACCP (food safety) programs and initiatives.
3. Lead factory trials and tests as the local point of contact.
4. Train employees on quality standards and provide guidance on quality issues.
5. Assist with internal audits, formal releases, and corrective actions.
6. Work with cross-functional teams to develop and improve quality systems.

Basic Qualifications

1. High school diploma or GED equivalent.
2. At least 1 year of experience in quality, food manufacturing, or food safety.

The approximate pay range for this position is $53,000 to $77,000. This estimate may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
