Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform comprehensive quality inspections using CMMs and precision gauges.
• Verify part dimensions against schematics, CAD models, and GD&T specs.
• Review drawings in SolidWorks to interpret inspection requirements.
• Collaborate with manufacturing to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain inspection records and calibration logs for audits.
• Support continuous improvement with data-driven process enhancements.
