Job summary

Custom Cylinders, Inc. is hiring a Quality Engineer to ensure that pneumatic and hydraulic cylinders meet high performance standards. This position requires developing quality control plans and maintaining ISO 9001 compliance while collaborating closely with engineering and production teams.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in a manufacturing environment with strong knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO standards, and demonstrate problem-solving skills while leading investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Certification or training in Quality Management or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally with fluid power components.
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001, AS9100, or other quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality control plans for manufacturing processes.
• Support maintenance and improvement of the ISO 9001 quality management system.
• Lead investigations into nonconformances and implement corrective actions.
