Menasha Packaging Company is seeking a Quality Lead for Open Foods to ensure finished goods meet customer specifications and to enforce GMPs and SOPs. The role includes auditing, training, and coordinating QA activities across production lines.

You will lead the QA team, manage workload, and ensure accurate documentation while supporting SQF system improvements and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 3–5 years of QA/food safety experience.
• HACCP and Environmental certifications desirable.

Responsabilités

• Conduct HACCP audits for Open/Closed Foods lines.
• Train QA team and lead line audits.
• Ensure proper QA workload distribution and documentation.
• Verify work packets, line checks, and QA records.
• Coordinate sample submission to labs and external labs.
