Qualifications

• Computer literacy at an intermediate level (spreadsheet, databases, word processing).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality audits and testing initiatives with hands-on involvement.
• Train and mentor Quality Auditor/Technician staff.
• Update and maintain quality documents, work instructions and records.
• Investigate material disposition and MRB processes with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate audits, gemba walks, and start-up/shut-down checks.
