The ideal candidate is an experienced Quality Lead who can set data‑testing strategy, oversee validation across complex data flows and platforms, and lead delivery across healthcare transformation programs. The individual should combine data‑quality expertise, healthcare domain knowledge, risk management, cross‑functional leadership, and the ability to translate technical concerns into clear business impacts for executive and client audiences; day‑to‑day hands‑on testing is not required.
Required Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Maximum: $116,600.00
Base pay is determined by a variety of factors including a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and expected contributions, as well as internal peer equity, market, and business considerations.
