Actalent is seeking a Quality Lab Technician in Lubbock, TX to perform seed testing and visual inspections, ensuring product quality and consistency throughout production. You will handle lab tests (pH, moisture, protein assays, titrations) and germination checks, collecting and organizing samples for accurate QC processes.

This contract onsite role requires a high school diploma or GED; additional science degree is a plus.

Formación

• Degree in Agriculture, Plant Science, Natural Science, Chemistry, Biology or related field is a plus.
• Experience in quality inspection, lab work, or agriculture preferred.
• Experience with seed testing, farm work, or manufacturing QC is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of biology, chemistry, or QC processes.
• Passport or Birth Certificate for onboarding.

Quality Lab Technician ($17/hr) - Lubbock, TX

Overview

As a Quality Lab Technician, you will perform testing and inspections on seed samples to help ensure product quality, accuracy, and consistency throughout the production process.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Lubbock, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
