Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; manufacturing lab experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and with others.
• Strong reading, writing and comprehension of English for SOPs and setup sheets.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Able to stand, bend, and occasionally lift light to moderate items.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of product tests to ensure compliance with customer and company quality requirements.
• Gather samples and prepare them according to specifications for testing.
• Conduct physical and mechanical tests and record data accurately in systems.
• Operate laboratory equipment to support testing needs.
• Provide feedback to production, process engineering and quality teams.
• Collaborate with planning, production, engineering, customer service and shipping to ensure timely information flow.
