Job summary

PF Holdings Quality Control will operate the Quality Laboratory, handling wet and dry sand processing equipment. You will perform quality testing, maintain records, and conduct audits to ensure product quality is met.

You will also train staff, prepare samples, and communicate issues to plant management while upholding safety and policy compliance. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 3+ years QC/lab experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; leadership capability.

Responsibilities

• Performs quality testing of sand materials and records results.
• Performs auditing and inspection to ensure quality targets are met for finished Alpine Silica sand products.
• Provides direct lab support to Production Manager and may assist with day-to-day Loadout operations.
• Prepares sand samples as needed.
• Communicates quality problems to plant management and identifies recurring trends.
• Establishes testing procedures and may train Lab Technicians/Loadout Operators.
• Focuses on safety culture and maintains a safe, clean work area.
• Complies with all company policies and performs other duties as assigned.
