Job summary

Elevate Human Capital is seeking a QC/QA Lab Technician to support quality assurance and control processes in a Houston-area laboratory and production environment. The role involves testing raw materials, finished products, and monitoring production lines to ensure adherence to SOPs.

The ideal candidate has QC experience, chemistry knowledge, and hands-on lab experience in manufacturing. The position is on-site with a rotating bi-weekly schedule and a start date of 08/17/2026.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Chemical laboratory experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of chemistry and mathematics.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform occasional heavy lifting.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing of incoming raw materials according to SOPs.
• Conduct testing of finished products in accordance with SOPs.
• Inspect incoming finished goods produced by third-party manufacturers.
• Monitor and inspect production lines to ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Maintain quality control records and retention samples.
• Assist with product complaint investigations.
• Support special quality-related projects as assigned.
• Assist Research & Development teams with project testing and evaluation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory work area to ensure a safe working environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
