The Quality Lab Technician performs tests of incoming raw materials and in-process testing for the manufacturing operation of Malarkey Roofing Products under supervision to ensure that they meet quality standards. This position also conducts quality audits to assist in plant trials.

This is an entry-level position.

Knowledge, Education, and Experience

An AS/BS degree in a scientific or technical field or an HS Diploma/GED with previous technical or manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to remain calm in stressful situations, flexibility in work schedule, and the ability to work overtime.

Must be reliable, able to work in a team setting, maintain a positive attitude, and remain calm in stressful situations.
