Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc in Covington, GA is seeking a quality laboratory technician for an in-office role. You will conduct product testing in the Complaint Laboratory, support quality engineering, and maintain compliant documentation.

Responsibilities include performing tests per GMP/GLP, preparing investigation files, operating lab equipment, and communicating findings to peers and management. ASQ certification is a plus; technical science degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Technical or Associate degree in science is a plus.
• Prior laboratory experience desirable.
• ASQ certification (CQE, CQA, CQM) is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Excel (pivot tables, v-lookup) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represents the corporation and quality department professionally.
• Performs product testing in the Complaint Laboratory.
• Provides Quality Engineering support to resolve quality issues.
• Creates investigation files in the complaint system (Trackwise).
• Maintains and operates laboratory equipment and testing instruments.
• Ensures GMP/GLP compliance in testing and documentation.
