Irca Group is seeking a QA Lab Technician to oversee laboratory operations, perform product testing, and ensure compliance with GLP and GMP standards. The role covers disposition of products, COA approvals, and maintenance of lab equipment, with emphasis on data-driven quality control across production lines.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of lab experience in food manufacturing, basic chemistry knowledge, and proficiency with quality documentation such as SDS, TDS, and kosher records.

Formación

• GLP, GMP and safety requirements must be followed.
• Daily laboratory operations and data handling.
• Ability to analyze test data and determine acceptability.
• Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages in QA contexts.
• Ability to present information clearly in one-on-one or small groups.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee laboratory operations and product testing.
• Assist internal audits and ensure quality system compliance.
• Disposition of products and approval of COA, packaging and labels.
• Maintain incoming/outgoing product tracking and records.
• Assist calibrations and maintenance of lab equipment.
• Provide data support to production and quality decisions.
