Qualifications

• Advanced reading, writing, and math skills.
• Able to read a tape measure to 1/16 in.
• Basic knowledge of blueprint plans and reading.
• Precise with measurements and accurate in data recording.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Collect and remove mold test specimens from previous day.
• Remove cylinders for curing tanks.
• Perform aggregates radiations: oven-dry, split, weigh, and enter data.
• Create 12x12 color samples as needed.
• Break tank specimens after drying and record in system.
• Assist in testing wet concrete (air, slump, temperature, unit weight).
• Create test specimens cylinders as needed.
• Support 6S, Lean, and Safety Programs.
• Inspect beds before and after pours.
• Follow Metromont and OSHA safety rules.
• Maintain clean and orderly work area, tools, and equipment.
