Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on lab experience in the food/beverage industry.
• Knowledge of HPLC, pH, ABV, and general QC testing.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain HPLC systems for quantitative analysis and Cannabis potency testing.
• Perform microbiological testing and routine chemical analysis (pH, ABV, bitterness, color).
• Manage QC library and batch records; enter data in the LIMS.
• Follow SOPs and GMP/GLP compliance.
