Job summary

Lehigh Valley Dairy Farms in Lansdale, PA is seeking a Lab Technician to join our quality assurance team. This role focuses on applying quality control practices to test and inspect dairy products, prepare samples, and support DFA QA programs to ensure safety and compliance.

Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma and related food science education, at least one year in food manufacturing or lab QA, and a willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced production

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Post-secondary education in food science or related sciences preferred.
• 1+ year of food manufacturing, laboratory, QA and/or related work experience.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays when needed.

Responsibilities

• Apply quality control experiences to test, set samples and QA programs.
• Test and inspect products at various stages of the batching and production process.
• Compile and evaluate data to determine quality and reliability of products.
• Use gauges and other devices to verify conformity to standards.
• Maintain high food safety and quality standards in production and distribution.
