Job summary

WestRock Company in Evadale, TX is seeking a Quality Supervisor to support various Quality Systems at the Evadale Mill. This role involves supervising the Quality Lab employees, managing their training programs, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree or have significant experience in Quality, along with strong problem-solving skills. The position offers an attractive salary and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 3 years’ experience in Quality and/or manufacturing experience in Pulp/Paper.
• Strong diagnostic problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills for dealing with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Hourly Quality Lab Employees.
• Manage the training program for all hourly Quality lab employees.
• Provide support to the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
