Job summary

MAU Workforce Solutions is seeking a Quality Lab Technician for our client in Walterboro, SC. You will support Quality Control and Technology by performing analytical testing, maintaining laboratory instrumentation, supporting production, and providing technical support for customer and research activities.

This is a direct-hire opportunity with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for advancement in a fast-paced lab environment.

Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field.
Experience performing analytical testing and interpreting laboratory data.
Experience operating, calibrating, and maintaining lab instrumentation.
Experience with ISO quality systems and laboratory documentation.
Experience with ERP/LIMS systems.

Responsibilities

Perform analytical testing of raw materials, in-process materials, blends, and finished products.
Generate and maintain Certificates of Analysis and lab documentation.
Enter and review analytical data in ERP/LIMS and maintain samples.
Coordinate release of acceptable production lots and support investigations.
Operate and calibrate laboratory instrumentation and maintain calibration records.
Support production, R&D, and customer/technical projects in the lab.
Maintain lab organization and uphold safety and quality practices.
