Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry or related science; equivalent experience accepted.
• Five to six years of Quality Control experience.
• At least two years in supervisory/management roles within a lab.
• Strong English communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct QC Lab and QA staff.
• Oversee physical and chemical evaluation of materials and finished goods.
• Conduct staffing planning and performance evaluations.
• Interface with other departments on technical matters.
• Prepare and present analytical data and reports.
• Ensure cGMP and safety requirements are followed.
