  • Ability to travel (extensive travel in Customer facilities both domestic and international)

The ideal candidate will be a team-oriented individual with a strong, self-directed work ethic. Having the ability to juggle multiple tasks, have a strong desire to learn, work safely, and work under tight deadlines is a necessity.

Upon training, the position will be responsible for:

  • Dimensional and surface quality of products
  • Data collection and analysis to understand the quality level of products
  • Tooling adjustments and countermeasures to improve overall product surface and dimensional quality
  • Effectively communicating technical feedback both internally and with customer project personnel to achieve the quality requirements
  • Traveling with the job to various customer locations both locally and across North America
