Job summary

Empower Pharmacy in Houston seeks a QO Investigations Coordinator to support product integrity within a fast-growing, regulated environment. You will gather data, assist with root cause analysis, track CAPA, and prepare metrics to highlight improvement opportunities.

Applicants should have at least two years QA/QC experience in pharma, an associate degree, strong writing and organizational skills, and familiarity with cGMP and USP standards. CQIA preferred; Excel and Word proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in QA or QC within pharmaceutical/healthcare environment.
• Experience collecting, analyzing, and documenting quality data.
• Ability to coordinate across functions in a regulated environment.
• CQIA certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect and organize investigation data for deviations and events.
• Draft investigation documentation per established procedures.
• Track CAPA commitments, due dates, and follow-up actions.
• Maintain complete investigation records and supporting documentation.
• Compile investigation metrics and trending reports.
• Escalate missing information or barriers to timely closure.
