FORVIA is seeking a year‑round Quality Intern for its Simpsonville, KY location. The role supports the Quality Department, assists with new product introductions and process changes, and collaborates with supervisors to resolve issues.

Strong English skills (Spanish a plus) and pursuing a relevant bachelor’s degree are required. Ideal candidates demonstrate self‑reliance, teamwork, and analytical thinking, with emphasis on HSE compliance and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum education level: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Metrology, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering. Enrolled Full-time (12 credits per semester) Minimum 2.8 GPA.
• Experience: Prior industrial experience; preferably in automotive.
• Skills: Proficient level in English (bi-lingual Spanish a plus).

Responsibilities

• Support the Quality Department within Faurecia.
• Assist the plant with planning and implementation of new products and/or changes to the manufacturing process.
• Work with Supervisors and Production Managers to solve customer and plant issues.
• Coach quick response and quality control actions.
• Report problem solving actions in the Faurecia Quality Systems.
• Support the FES &P Manager and Quality Engineers on Faurecia Quality Systems implementation and changes.
• Interface and communicate with a diverse workforce.
• Ensure full respect of HSE rules and regulations.
• Support and follow Faurecia values and ethics.
