AAK Louisville is seeking a motivated Quality Intern to support our Quality and Regulatory Affairs team. This internship offers hands-on experience in food industry quality systems, regulatory compliance, and data management.

Compensation Range: $14 -$20

AAK is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Intern to support our Quality and Regulatory Affairs team. This internship offers hands-on experience in food industry quality systems, regulatory compliance, and data management. The ideal candidate is currently enrolled in a relevant academic program and has a strong interest in quality assurance, food science, regulatory affairs, or a related field.
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Food Science, Food Safety, Regulatory Affairs, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with data management tools is a plus.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
