CMI Group in North Phoenix, AZ is hiring a First Article Dimensional Inspector for weekend night shift. You will perform first article/first piece inspections primarily with GD&T, using Hexagon CMM and various gauges, ensuring conformance to aerospace specs. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are required.

Qualified candidates have 5+ years aerospace experience and are comfortable with 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Saturday/Sunday shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years aerospace experience with First Article/First Piece Inspection
• Strong Hexagon CMM experience required
• Knowledge of GD&T and dimensional inspection methods

First Article Dimensional Inspector: Night Shift

20% Night Shift Differential Pay

Location: North Phoenix - 2688 E Rose Garden Ln, Phoenix, AZ 85050

Shift: Weekend shift - Saturday and Sunday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship or Valid Permanent Resident status is required.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years Aerospace experience with First Article/First Piece Inspection
• Strong Hexagon operational CMM experience required
• Experience with dial bore gages, Mueller gages, indicator mics, Sunnen gages etc.
• Must be very knowledgeable of GD&T
• Experience in fast Paced Environment
• Self-starter and team oriented

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds and sit or stand up to 8 hours per day
