Job summary

Canadian Executive Search Group, a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, is seeking entry-level Quality Inspectors for automotive parts clients in Greer, SC and nearby towns. You will perform visual and manual inspections to ensure quality standards are met on parts and assemblies.

You will use calipers, micrometers, and gauges, record results, and collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve issues while maintaining ISO compliance and a safe workspace.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role; quality experience is a plus.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and manual inspections of automotive parts to ensure quality standards are met.
• Identify, document, and report defects or non-conforming materials to leadership.
• Conduct in-process and final inspections throughout production.
• Use calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify specifications.
• Record inspection results in systems, logs, or quality reports accurately.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain compliance with ISO standards and safety regulations.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Quality Inspectors – $16-18 per hour

Canadian Executive Search Group, a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, is now hiring experienced Quality Inspectors for our clients in the located in Greer, Piedmont, Fountain Inn and Simpsonville.

Location: Greer, Piedmont, Fountain Inn, Simpsosonville

Shift hours: 1st, 2nd and 3rd Shifts Available (Ask about Weekend 12 hour shifts as well)

Responsibilities:

• Perform visual and manual inspections of automotive parts and assemblies to ensure quality standards are met
• Identify, document, and report defects or non-conforming materials to leadership
• Conduct in-process and final inspections throughout production.
• Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify specifications
• Record inspection results in systems, logs, or quality reports accurately
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve issues
• Maintain compliance with ISO standards and safety regulations
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Requirements :
