Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
• Strong knowledge of ASTM and AWS D1.1 codes.
• Hands-on experience with high-purity applications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality departments.
• Perform visual inspections of welds and fabricated components.
• Provide technical guidance on quality practices.
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports and records.
• Review welding and qualification records for compliance.
• Conduct inspections of fabricated vessels and systems.

Skills

Mechanical aptitude

Hands-on inspection experience

Understanding of NACE standards

Strong working knowledge of ASME B31.3

Experience inspecting PVDF/PP piping welds

Experience inspecting PVC piping bonds

Familiarity with WPS, WQTR, and PQR documentation

Education

Diploma or certification in welding or related discipline

AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI)

Certified in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)
