Job summary

Air Squared is seeking a Quality Inspector for the Weekend Days Shift to inspect parts using CMMs and optical systems, support NCR/FAIR processes, and read GD&T from part drawings. You will work with Operations and Warehouse, lift materials up to 30 lbs, and maintain an organized work area in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications include 1–3+ years in ISO 9001 machining quality, proficiency with micrometers/calipers, and GD&T training or certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3+ years of experience as a Quality Inspector in an ISO 9001 machining environment.
• Experience with micrometers, calipers and gauges.
• GD&T training and/or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Routinely inspect incoming and in-process parts using programmable CMMs and optical measurement systems.
• Support NCR process for incoming parts and FAIR process for incoming/in-process parts.
• Support inspections for Operations and Warehouse as needed.
• Read and understand part prints including GD&T.
• Work independently and manage time to ensure production flow.
• Use SPC as required.
• Keep work area organized.
• Regularly lift 30 lbs. of materials.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Pay Range: $22 - $28 / hour, based on qualifications and experience

Quality Inspector (Weekend Days Shift) Qualifications:

• MUST SUBMIT RESUME TO BE CONSIDERED
• High school diploma or GED (required)
• 1-3+ years of experience as a Quality Inspector in an ISO 9001 machining environment
• Experience with manual inspection/measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers and gauges
• Ability to use programmable Zeiss CMM (with CALYPSO software) (preferred)
• GD&T training and/or certification (preferred)
• Employment with Air Squared is contingent on passing a statewide background check, drug screening (for substances illegal in the state of Colorado), and employment verification through E-Verify

Pay Range: $22 - $28 / hour, based on qualifications and experience
