Job summary

Aquatech is seeking a full-time Quality Inspector to work at Canonsburg, PA or Hartland, WI. The role supports inspections of fabricated equipment used in water treatment systems and may require travel to suppliers and manufacturers.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of related experience, a high school diploma or technical education, and knowledge of ASME/AWS codes; a CWI is preferred. Travel up to 25-30% is expected.

Qualifications

• High School graduate; technical or welding/quality education preferred.
• Five years of related experience required.
• CWI certification preferred; NDE & auditor certifications are a plus.
• Travel 30%+ domestically and overseas; valid driver’s license and passport required.

Responsibilities

• Track and ensure the closure of all non-conformities.
• Submit the required project quality documentation to the customer in a timely and complete manner.
• Review contract documents and applicable job specifications and ensure customer requirements are met or exceptions are taken as necessary.
• Maintain Project Inspection and Test Plans; inspect pressure vessels, piping, and structural fabrications to applicable codes.
• The Project Quality Manager will communicate with suppliers and internal Project Teams daily.
