Job summary

Paceline Inc. in Matthews, NC, seeks a Quality Assistant to support the Quality Department by inspecting materials and products throughout production. The role includes training and a focus on accurate reporting and prompt escalation of nonconformances.

You will pull and inspect First Article Samples, collect analytical data, perform receiving and earloop inspections, and maintain inspection records using approved reporting methods. Manufacturing/ textile experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with measurements and tolerances.
• Able to follow written procedures and keep clear, accurate records.
• Manufacturing, textile, or inspection experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Pull and inspect First Article Samples (Knitting).
• Collect and evaluate before/after wash samples.
• Collect Medi/Silipos analytical data (up to 20 samples, approximately 2-3 times monthly).
• Perform receiving inspections and earloop inspections.
• Sort product for quarantine/hold and for customer complaints.
• Report all nonconformances to the Quality Department.
• Maintain accurate inspection records using approved reporting methods.
• Other duties as assigned.
