Job summary

PAC Group is seeking a Mid-level Vehicle Quality Inspector for on-site work across the Northeast Zone in the United States. You will conduct hands-on inspections of last-mile delivery vehicles, document findings, and travel regionally to multiple sites.

ASE certification or equivalent experience is preferred, with EOL knowledge and mobile app proficiency. Responsibilities include applying strict inspection standards, capturing photographic evidence, and maintaining logs.

Qualifications

• ASE certification preferred; or equivalent hands-on experience will be considered.
• Proven experience in vehicle quality evaluation and inspection.
• Experience with final inspection / End-of-Line (EOL) vehicle acceptance processes.
• Comfortable using mobile inspection applications and digital documentation tools.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
• English proficiency sufficient for technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Execute vehicle quality inspections per approved checklists and acceptance criteria.
• Apply defect classification and severity criteria consistently across inspections.
• Capture standardized photographic evidence and inspection data via the mobile inspection application.
• Perform final inspection / End-of-Line (EOL) style acceptance checks.
• Travel within the Northeast Zone to cover multiple delivery station sites.
• Completed VIN-level inspection checklists and photographic evidence.
• Daily/weekly inspection activity logs.
• Escalation reports for critical findings.

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is dependent upon experience, education, and qualifications.

$40 - $45 USD
